Hi, I’m Michelle!

I believe nutrition should make your life better, not make it more complicated. Whether you want to build healthier habits or support a performance goal, the challenge often isn’t knowing what to do. It’s figuring out how to make it work in real life.

As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach, I draw on my training in nutrition fundamentals and behavior change to help clients turn nutrition knowledge into practical, sustainable habits. That means looking beyond what you eat to understand the routines, challenges, and circumstances that shape your decisions.

Sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, from participating in soccer, softball, and track when I was younger to competing in triathlon and powerlifting as an adult. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into the role nutrition plays in fueling training, supporting recovery, and pursuing long-term goals.

That perspective shapes my coaching, with an approach built around your life, whether you’re working toward a performance goal or building healthier everyday habits.

A personal approach

Every body is different. Every life is different. Your approach to nutrition should be, too.

All foods can fit. When plans change, you adjust and keep going, without judgment. Lasting change happens gradually, one small step at a time.

My job is to help you figure out what works for you, then help you make it stick.

If you’re ready to make a change, let’s talk.
